Terms and Conditions: "Refer-A-Friend" Program
This is an online-only program designed to reward Illinois Gas & Electric's ("ILG&E") current customers for referring new customers to ("ILG&E"). The Program is available via access through the Program website at http://www.ILGandE.com/ReferAFriend
Eligibility and Registration.
You must be of legal age (at least 18 years or older) in your respective state to qualify for this Program. You must have internet access and a valid e-mail address to be eligible to receive the benefits of this Program.
The person making the referral is called the "Referrer". As a Referrer, you must have a valid energy account currently receiving service from ("ILG&E") at the time Referee conducts their enrollment. The "Referee" is the customer who has been referred through the program. As a Referee, you must successfully complete an online enrollment through the Program website at http://www.ILGandE.com/ReferAFriend
, entering in the Referrer's account number in the promo code field. Upon completion of Referee's second consecutive month of service with ("ILG&E"), ("ILG&E") will mail a $25.00 check to both the Referee and the Referrer, to the Parties billing addresses on record.
("ILG&E") reserves the right to audit any claims, request additional information and nullify any claims which cannot be substantiated. Checks will be issued 4 to 6 weeks after the Referee's second billing cycle has occurred. All rebates will be in U.S. dollars and made payable to the name listed on the utility account. There will be no rebate checks issued to customers whose account(s) are in arrears or inactive at the time checks are being processed. ("ILG&E") may not issue rebate checks to customers whose account(s) do not meet ("ILG&E") minimum usage requirements.
